Chad Hamrick is a Senior Director with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. He brings with him 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Goodman, Chad spent 18 years at CASTO, a privately held real estate services firm. As Director of Leasing, he was responsible for maximizing asset value through new leasing, pre-leasing, lease renewals, outparcel sales, ground-up development and redevelopment of a portfolio that included over 25 million square feet covering seven states in power center and lifestyle center formats. His two decades of experience in leasing, whether company-owned, third-party representation or tenant site selection, have provided him with a wide range of skills that have enabled him to successfully represent his clients in the many facets of the real estate process. Chad has completed 500+ transactions for multiple landlords, including Site Centers, Schottenstein Property Group, Arshot Investment Corp., Investcorp, RPT, National Realty Partners, Northstar Realty, and Edwards Companies. He also works exclusively with the following retailers and restaurants in their market analysis and site selection process: Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Ancho & Agave, and McAlister’s Deli. Chad is a multiple time recipient of the CoStar Power Broker award.
During his career, Chad has negotiated multiple deals with many national best-in-class retailers, including At Home, Morris Home Furniture and Mattress, KeyBank, Huntington Bank, Aldi, Goodyear Tires, Justice, CycleBar, Bath & Body Works, Salon Lofts, Party City, Big Lots, Five Below, AAA, Pet Supplies Plus, LA Fitness, Orangetheory, and Sherwin-Williams. He’s also brokered deals with many well-known restaurant chains, including Taco Bell, Donato’s Pizza, Wendy’s, Panda Express, Dairy Queen, Panera, Dunkin, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, Chili’s Bar & Grill, Restaurant Brands International (Burger King, Tim Hortons and Popeyes), Raising Cane’s and Buffalo Wild Wings. Cleveland Clinic, Adena Healthcare and Genesis Hospital Systems were clients of Chad’s portfolio as well.
