October 14, 2023 – Ross Dress for Less, Hibbett Sports, Clean Express Car Wash, Journey’s, Chipotle, and Chase Bank have recently completed deals at Steelyard Commons in Cleveland.
Ross Dress for Less (22,000 SF), Hibbett Sports (8,325 SF), and Chipotle (2,325 SF freestanding building with drive-thru) are currently under construction on the former Best Buy property.
Chase Bank is under construction in a 1,862 SF drive-thru endcap. Journey’s is now open in a 4,375 SF inline space near the south end of the center.
Clean Express is now open on a 1 AC lot in a newly constructed, freestanding facility next to Steak n’ Shake.
Ross Dress for Less, Hibbett Sports, Clean Express, Journey’s, Chipotle, and Chase Bank join over 40 retailers located at Steelyard Commons including Walmart, Target, The Home Depot, Marshalls, Old Navy, Petco, K&G Fashion Superstore, Party City, Starbucks, Panda Express, Penn Station, and more. Steelyard Commons, located directly from I-71 and SR-176, brings in over 8 million customers and $250,000,000 annually in sales. There are currently opportunities at the shopping center within existing space, future developments, and outlots.
