The DeVille Developments portfolio contains power centers, community centers, strip centers, freestanding retail, and land sites. These properties are currently 98.5% occupied with multiple deals progressing on the few available sites and spaces. Goodman Real Estate Services Group Senior Vice President, Zachary Sogoloff, and a team including Sales Associate, Tristan Palmieri, and Senior Director, Chad Hamrick, will be responsible for marketing and leasing all available properties for DeVille Developments.
