First Watch recently announced its new CFO! Ashlee Weisser will step into the role, bringing previous CFO experience from several restaurant chains. She joined First Watch in 2023 as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. During her first year as CFO, First Watch expects to open 63 new daytime diners, bringing its portfolio to just over 700 locations.
