June 17, 2025 – First Watch has four new locations under construction and coming soon to Northeast Ohio.
In Parma, First Watch is coming soon, taking 3,900 SF on the end cap in an 8,000 SF building with McAlister’s Deli and UH Urgent Care located at 6840 Ridge Road.
In Boardman, First Watch is backfilling the former Choolaah Indian Barbecue space and expanding to 3,525 SF. First Watch will join Condado Taco, Mission BBQ, and Starbucks located at 1051 Boardman Poland Road.
In Strongsville, First Watch is backfilling the former 7,122 SF freestanding TGI Friday’s at The Greens of Strongsville.
In Broadview Heights, First Watch took over a 4,654 SF closed freestanding Bob Evans between Chipotle and McDonald’s, located at 4516 E Royalton Road. After a lengthy remodel and strong Grand Open, First Watch is continuing to see long lines of customers waiting to get in and experience the best breakfast, brunch & lunch restaurant concept in the country.
