Dan Clark to Serve as Vice President of the Company’s Second Office Location
Cleveland-based Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC announced that it has opened an office in Columbus, Ohio, with Dan Clark serving as Vice President and manager of the office.
Dan Clark, who has been with Goodman since January 2002, brings over 14 years of experience in tenant and landlord representation throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Dan represents a wide range of clients from hotel and restaurant owners to developers of traditional shopping centers and mixed-use projects.
While having done business in the Columbus market for many years, Dan is very pleased to now call Columbus home, both professionally and personally.
Dan feels that “Columbus is such a vibrant market with great people and a great location that is central to the markets we serve for our clients. I am excited to grow our business in the central Ohio market and surrounding areas within our existing client base as well as with new clients who feel our services fit their needs.”
Joining Dan in the Columbus office is Steven Dorsky, formerly the Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Northern Region of DDR (formerly Developers Diversified). Steven was responsible for maximizing asset value through new leasing, lease renewals, and redevelopment of a portfolio of approximately 160 shopping centers comprised of more than 30 million square feet. Steven brings with him over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry.
