Kyle Hartung is the Vice President, Director of Investment Sales with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Kyle graduated from the University of Nebraska with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and International Business and a B.A. in Spanish. He has extensive experience in all aspects of owner/seller and tenant/buyer representation. During his 15 years with the company, Kyle has represented clients in a broad assortment of transactions including sale-leasebacks, 1031 exchanges, portfolio sales, asset repositioning and analysis, lease modifications, and more, for retail, industrial, and office properties throughout the country. Kyle started the investment sales division of Goodman Real Estate from the ground up and currently markets investment properties for sale throughout the United States to a continuously growing list of national and international buyers. Kyle offers national investment advisory and brokerage services to sellers and buyers alike; and because the company has an in-house leasing team with direct lines of communication with national tenants, he is able to provide his clients with reliable and accurate information in order to assist them in making sound investment decisions. His viewpoint is created by combining essential financial, economic, and real estate business data with the current market conditions and trends. Today, along with listing national and regionally tenanted investment properties for sale and representing buyers in search of investment properties, Kyle provides a variety of client services, which include representing owners in renegotiating and extending tenant leases, assisting in positioning assets for sale to maximize return, and integrating his clients with the company’s leasing team to stay ahead of the market. This diversity brings an uncommon and valuable point of view to Kyle’s business not often offered by most real estate service professionals.

Jeff Sabo is an Investment Sales Advisor with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Jeff utilizes his strong financial background and business development experience to assist in expanding the company’s national investment advisory and brokerage platform.

Working with the company’s Vice President - Director of Investment Sales, he is responsible for servicing the investment needs of buyers and sellers of single- and multi- tenant net lease commercial properties throughout the country. Jeff also works closely with individual investors, developers, and institutions on unique investment opportunities with a focus on adding value to their portfolios in order to maximize overall returns.

In addition, his responsibilities include property evaluation, market research, financial analysis, portfolio review, consulting, and due diligence review.
