The purchases included a Walgreens, Denny's, and Freddy's Steakburgers located in Ohio, North Carolina, and Kansas. This exchange allowed the investor to shift assets into safe, long-term retail investments and provide for his family for years to come. Hartung exclusively represented the buyer of the properties.
