Amberwood Parkway Holdings Sells the Bookmasters Building
Royce and Janice Carville, a Colorado-based investors firm, acquired the 204,268 square foot industrial warehouse tower in Ashland, OH, from Amberwood Parkway Holdings LLC for $7,740,000 million, or about $37.89 per square foot. The Class B building delivered in 2000 at 30 Amberwood Parkway in Ashland Ohio, is centrally located just off Interstate 71 between the Columbus and Cleveland markets. It’s occupied by Bookmasters Inc., which is a subsidiary of the Follett Corporation, through June 2028, according to CoStar Information.
Kyle Hartung of Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC represented the seller, while the buyer represented themselves on the transaction.
