Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC of Cleveland, Ohio, recently completed the sale of a Family Dollar single tenant building in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kyle Hartung, Director of Investment Sales, and Robert Yaskanich, Associate, exclusively represented the west coast seller in the transaction and also represented the buyer, a private investment group based in California. The buyer was found prior to publicly marketing the property.
