February 2, 2023 - Kyle Hartung, Vice President and Director of Investment Sales, recently sold property sold one of Walgreen’s newest small-format prototype stores in Hagerstown, Maryland, at 13415 Pennsylvania Avenue. Kyle sourced the private buyer who subsequently closed on the sale of the property, making it one of the earliest of the new prototype to be conveyed.  The sale included a 2,502 SF building on 0.69 AC, which is currently occupied by Walgreens.  This location is less than a 2-minute drive from Volvo Group, a 280 AC manufacturing plant that employs more than 1,700 employees.
