Kyle Hartung, Director of Investment Sales, represented the buyer, Carter Properties, in the transaction valued at $41,750,000.

Carter Properties is a family-owned business that specializes in real estate investment, management, development, and leasing, that was founded by Miles Carter in 1962. West Bay Plaza has long been known as a prime Midwestern shopping center serving all of Cleveland’s western suburbs.

The property is located at the confluence of Interstate 90, Crocker Road, and Detroit Road, and is located across the street from Crocker Park Lifestyle Center. Anchor tenants include Sierra Trading, Homesense, Fresh Thyme, Ulta, Pet Supplies Plus, Kirkland’s, and more.
