July 27, 2022 - Kyle Hartung of Goodman Investment Group recently brokered the sale of the Fisher Auto Parts buildings located in Ontario, Ohio. The property consists of three freestanding buildings leased to Fisher Auto Parts, Modern Office Methods, and Chad’s Automotive Repair. The buildings were sold together at below replacement cost, giving the investor the ability to either hold all three buildings or sell separately in the future.
