March 20, 2024 – Citizens Bank is coming soon to three new locations in northeast Ohio.
In Hudson, Citizens Bank is under construction along W Streetsboro Street in a 2,876 SF space. This location is just down the street from Hudson Plaza, anchored by ACME Fresh Market, as well as First and Main retailers including White House Black Market, LOFT, Talbots, Chico’s, Francesca’s, and StretchLab.
In Avon, Citizens Bank is under construction at the intersection of Detroit Road and Healthway Drive in a 2,700 SF space within the Healthway Drive Development. Citizens Bank will join nearby retailers at Avon Commons such as Costco, Heinen’s, Michael’s, Home Depot, Target, Kohl’s, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Starbucks, Five Guys, and more.
In Middleburg Heights, Citizens Bank is under construction near the intersection of Bagley and Engle roads in a 2,450 SF freestanding building. This location is situated in front of the recently opened Cleveland Clinic Middleburg Heights Family Health Center. Citizens Bank joins ALDI, Panera (coming soon), McDonald’s, Raising Canes, Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, IHOP, Jersey Mike’s, and other area retailers.
