January 16, 2023 – Goodman Real Estate Services Group recently represented Noodles & Company in securing four new restaurants in Northern Ohio. The locations are Mentor Avenue in Mentor (now open), Dressler Road in Canton (coming soon), Airport Highway in Holland (coming soon), and Monroe Street in Toledo (now open). The four new restaurants will open within dynamic trade areas and will feature a pick-up window. The new Mentor Avenue location was the first Noodles & Company to open in Northeast Ohio, and there are now 21 locations in Ohio. Steve Altemare, Senior Vice President, represented Noodles & Company in all four transactions. Larry Klein, Senior Director, represented the landlord in the Mentor Commons transaction.
