February 20, 2023 –Michael Weiss, Senior Director; and Steve Altemare, Senior Vice President, at Goodman Real Estate Services Group, have recently represented ModWash in two land purchases within Ohio. ModWash has secured a property in Holland (Toledo) on Orchard Center Drive near Airport Highway, situated outside of Menards and next to Kroger Marketplace. A second location has been acquired along West State Street (State Route 62) in Alliance near the University of Mount Union.
