July 12, 2023 – Each quarter, the CoStar Power Broker Deals Award recognizes the top commercial real estate deals made by brokers. The following deals were the top retail leasing deals and largest completed transactions in the Cleveland market for this year’s first quarter.
Zack Sogoloff, Senior Vice President at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC; and Seth Marks, Senior Director at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC were recipients of two CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals Awards in Q1 2023. These awards were received in recognition of their deal with ALDI for 19,000 SF in Bainbridge, Ohio for the southwestern Cleveland market, and their deal with DashMart for 13,400 SF in Willoughby Hills, Ohio for the northeastern Cleveland market. Zack and Seth represented the landlord in these transactions.
