Robert Yaskanich is a Senior Director at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Having joined the company in 2007, Rob specializes in shopping center leasing, national investment sales, land sales, tenant site selection, land assemblage, and disposition for corporate clients. A sample of his current clients includes The Niki Group, First Interstate Properties, Hutensky Capital Partners, Hornig Capital Partners, WXZ Development, MK Development, and Sport Clips. Rob’s current responsibilities include the leasing of 3 million square feet of Northeast Ohio’s premier shopping centers, including Avon Commons (838,743 square feet), Steelyard Commons (906,658 square feet), Willoughby Commons (457,944 square feet), Golden Gate Shopping Center (378,726 square feet), Mentor Commons (295,173 square feet), and Oakwood Commons, a recently completed 317,266-square-foot shopping center development. Rob is also experienced in complex sublease transactions and is currently representing Giant Eagle in the disposition of over 650,000 square feet of space. In addition, Rob has completed the sale of net lease properties and shopping centers in multiple states throughout the eastern United States.
