Firehouse Subs is coming soon to River Plaza, located at 21860 Center Ridge Road in Rocky River, Ohio. Firehouse Subs will be joining other retailers in the area, including Giant Eagle, OfficeMax, Chase Bank, The Home Depot, Marc’s, AMC Theatres, McDonald’s, and Moe’s Southwest Grill. This will be Firehouse Subs’ fifth location in the Cleveland area. Zack Sogoloff, Senior Vice President with Goodman Real Estate Services Group, represented the tenant in this transaction.
