January 7, 2024 – Goodman Real Estate represented HomeGoods in two recent transactions.
HomeGoods is now open at Sandusky Pavilion in Sandusky, Ohio. The home furnishing chain leased a 21,254 SF space and will join existing anchors including Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ulta Beauty, Old Navy, and Shoe Carnival. Sandusky Pavilion is adjacent to the Sandusky Mall, both providing premier retailers to the primary shopping area in Sandusky.
HomeGoods is also open at Howland Commons in Niles, Ohio, in a 22,000 SF space. Howland Commons houses in demand retailers such as Meijer, T.J. Maxx, Burlington, Kohl’s, and Bass Pro Shops, and is adjacent to Eastwood Mall, which brings in over 60,000 customers per day.
