Ocotober 12, 2024 – Sheetz and McDonald’s are amongst the first two tenants to be announced for The Burr Oak Development in Sidney and are targeted to open in late 2025. Sheetz will be newly constructed on 3 AC adjacent to I–75 with access from St. Marys Avenue. McDonald’s, currently in due diligence, will be located at the primary signalized entrance to the development. In addition, 17.64 AC are earmarked for a Wilson Medical Center Development, as well as single-family and multi-family residential development phases.
