- 1.02 AC Outlot to Glenwood Commons in Delaware along Sunbury Road
- 2.81 AC Outlot in Marysville along Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard
- 1.4 AC Outlot in Lewis Center at Olentangy Crossing at the corner of US 23 Lewis Center Road
- 1.13 AC Outlot to Township Square in Washington Township at the corner of Miamisburg Centerville and McEwen roads
- 1.04 AC Outlot to Meijer in Western Hills (Cincinnati) along Harrison Avenue
- 1.03 AC site in Union Township near Eastgate Mall along Withamsville Road
