T.J.Maxx, HomeGoods, Burlington Coat Factory, Famous Footwear, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Payless Shoe Source are coming soon to Oakwood Commons, located near Cedar Road on Warrensville Center Road in South Euclid, Ohio. The new 290,000 SF development also anchored by Walmart Supercenter is South Euclid’s first ecologically innovative retail power center. By using sustainable design, Oakwood Commons combines educational elements, low-impact development techniques, and environmentally conscious practices to create a truly unique shopping center experience. These six new retailers will join Walmart Supercenter, Foot Locker, Great Clips, Penn Station, and Sally Beauty Supply. Steve Altemare, Senior Vice President, and Robert Yaskanich, Senior Director, at Goodman Real Estate Services Group, represented the landlord in these transactions.
