April 5, 2025 – Tim Hortons has renewed its lease at 5640 Airport Highway in Toledo. The Canadian multinational coffeehouse chain will continue operations in its freestanding drive-thru located on 1.1 AC parcel across from South Village Square. Additional nearby retailers include Lowe’s Home Improvement, The Home Depot, Walmart, Kohl’s, Target, Best Buy, Ulta, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and many other national tenants within the I-475 centric trade area.
