Starbucks is moving to a freestanding building on an outlot in Willoughby Commons, located on Euclid Avenue in Willoughby, Ohio. Willoughby Commons is anchored by Target, Giant Eagle, BJ’s Wholesale Club, PetSmart, OfficeMax and a 16-screen Regal Cinemas. Steve Altemare, Senior Vice President represented Starbucks in this transaction and Rob Yaskanich, Senior Director, with Goodman Real Estate Group, represented the landlord.
