August 6, 2023 – Pita Way and Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream are now open in at The Shops at Rockport in Rocky River. Pita Way’s first Northeast Ohio location is in a 2,156 SF endcap space next to Supercuts. Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream is in a 2,100 SF endcap space adjacent to Piada Italian Street Food. The Shops at Rockport are located on Center Ridge Road in the center of the Rocky River trade area. The Shops at Rockport is home to Fit Works, Panera (drive-thru), Huntington Bank, Storage Zone, Little Gym, and Supercuts. Zack Sogoloff, Senior Vice President; and Seth Marks, Senior Director, at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC, represented the landlord in these transactions.
