K Patel LLC is the buyer of this lot and plans to open a Dunkin’ on this property in 2022. The mall is located off State Route 16 in close proximity to Interstate 57. Dunkin’ will join area retailers such as Rural King, Marshalls, JoAnn, Walmart, and many others.
