November 5, 2022 – Randy Goodman, President; and Alex Justice, Sales and Leasing Associate, at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC, recently represented The TJX Companies, Inc., in opening seven new stores in Ohio this fall. HomeGoods is now open in a 28,095 SF space at Harvard Park in Warrensville Heights as well as a 23,500 SF space at the Stow Community Shopping Center in Stow. T.J. Maxx is now open in a 23,485 SF space at the Westgate Village Shopping Center in Toledo (a relocation of the Alexis Road store) as well as a 22,500 SF space at the Summit Square Shopping Center in Calcutta. Earlier this year, T.J. Maxx relocated an existing store in the back of the Sandusky Mall in Sandusky to a space at the front of the Mall facing Milan Road. Marshalls is now open in a 25,144 SF space at Liberty Square in Fremont as well as a 24,640 SF space at Parkway Plaza in Cambridge. Sierra is now open in an 18,717 SF space at The Greens of Strongsville in Strongsville.
Goodman’s Senior Vice President, Zack Sogoloff, and Senior Director, Seth Marks, also represented the landlords in the aforementioned HomeGoods/Harvard Park transaction as well as the Sierra/Strongsville transaction. In addition, Zack and Seth represented the landlord in bringing a 24,423 SF HomeGoods to The Shoppes of Beavercreek in Beavercreek, which also opened this fall. All the above TJX-brand stores opened in existing buildings or shopping centers and will create hundreds of jobs in Ohio while serving as valuable anchors for each shopping center.
