Barnes & Noble is now open at Marketplace at Four Corners in Aurora, Ohio. Another location also recently opened in Strongsville at The Plaza at Southpark. Barnes & Noble expects to open at least 60 new bookstores this year.
Daniel Clark, EVP and Manager of Columbus Office, represented Barnes & Noble in both the Aurora and Strongsville transactions. Zachary Sogoloff, Executive Vice President, and Seth Marks, Senior Director at Goodman Real Estate, represented the landlord in the Strongsville transaction.
