Cleveland is the top metropolitan area in the country for apartment growth. This achievement can be attributed to strong demand in suburban areas that support new retail developments, such as Arcadia. Arcadia is a new mixed-use retail development currently under construction at 3393 Warrensville Center Road. Once completed, it will feature 141 apartment-style units and three retail spaces on the building’s endcaps.
