July 18, 2026: Crunch Fitness is now open at Pavilion Shopping Center in Beachwood, Ohio. The national gym chain leased a 24,999 SF space adjacent to Verizon at the Giant Eagle-anchored shopping center on Chagrin Boulevard. This location marks the 4th Crunch Fitness to open in Northeast Ohio and the 12th in Ohio as the company rapidly expands in the state. Crunch Fitness will join Giant Eagle, Michaels, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, Crumbl, and other Pavilion Shopping Center tenants.
