December 6, 2021 – Dunham’s Sports will be opening this month at 1249 North High Street in Hillsboro, Ohio, next to the Rural King store, which opened in 2020. The sports retailer will move into a 48,152 SF space adjacent to Rural King, which will complete the redevelopment of the approx. 140,000 SF former Kmart building located off US Highway 62. Remaining as part of the redevelopment is a 0.75 acre outlot in front of Rural King and Dunham’s Sports and next to Taco Bell and Burger King. Dunham’s Sports will join area retailers Walmart Supercenter, Kroger, and Tractor Supply Co.
