    INVESTMENT SALE: ROYAL PLAZA MARKET DOMINANT GROCERY ANCHORED PLAZA

    August 30, 2026: Kyle Hartung, Vice President and Director of Investment Sales for Goodman Investment Group, in cooperation with local broker of record Interstate Realty & Development, recently brokered the sale of the Martin’s grocery-anchored Royal Plaza in Front Royal, Virginia. The conveyed property is a 159,456 square foot open air retail center centrally located within the trade area. Kyle represented Rural King, the seller in the transaction, and procured the buyer, DLC.

    The private marketing process attracted multiple offers from qualified buyers, and the property ultimately conveyed to DLC, one of the country’s largest private owner/operators of open-air real estate. The entire process from marketing to closing of the sale took roughly 150 days. Goodman Investment Group is a division of Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC and provides investment brokerage and advisory nationally.
