August 25, 2026: Goodman Real Estate Services Group has completed the disposition of a former Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) building leased by KBP Brands. The transaction involved a 2,150 SF freestanding building with a drive-thru located at 7857 Beechmont Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. Popeye’s Chicken opened in the property and joins Kroger, Macy’s, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, ALDI, Target, T.J. Maxx, Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane’s, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Dunkin’, and many other national retailers along Beechmont Avenue.
