Seth took charge of this expansion, as he is no stranger to interstate commercial real estate.
Since graduating in 2008 from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate and Urban Analysis, Seth has successfully completed over 1,000 transactions in 15 states on behalf of his landlord and tenant clients. During his time at Goodman, Seth has been recognized as a leader in the commercial real estate industry, receiving the CoStar Power Broker Award six times and the CoStar Power Quarterly Deal Award more than a dozen times.
Seth’s current portfolio totals about 5 million square feet and consists of new ground-up developments, multi-anchored power centers, community centers, free-standing buildings, and undeveloped land. Seth ensures the best possible results for his clients through detailed demographic analysis, market touring, lease negotiation to secure the best possible lease terms, and tenant coordination to streamline the construction process. His specialties include, but are not limited to, shopping center leasing, land assembling, land sales, tenant site selection, and disposition. Seth currently represents landlords including LRC Realty, Visconsi Companies Ltd, Wald & Fisher Inc, Zeisler Morgan Properties Ltd, DeVille Developments, America’s Realty, John Carroll University, First Interstate Properties, Sidhu Realty Capital, and Curbline Properties Corp. He also represents tenants such as Phantom Fireworks, Pure Hockey, Popeyes, Visual Comfort & Co, Wingstop, Ivybrook Academy, Dave’s Cosmic Subs, Aqua-Tots, and My Local Infusion.
