February 1, 2023 – Pearl Crossings is currently under construction in Middleburg Heights and will be developing freestanding buildings with all new tenants this summer. Starbucks, McAlister’s Deli, and WetGo will be opening in the fully leased redevelopment at the intersection of Pearl Road and West 130th Street. This location is situated within the very active Middleburg Heights trade area. The new tenants will join BJ’s Wholesale Club, Giant Eagle, Marc’s, Marshalls, Taco Bell, Burger King, Arby’s, and other area retailers.
