- 127,931 SF Prattville Shopping Plaza on 10 AC in Prattville, Alabama (opening 2026)
- 117,367 former Kmart on 15 AC in Columbus, Mississippi (now open)
- 105,000 SF former Sears on 8.77 AC in Brunswick, Georgia (opening 2026)
- 105,000 SF Midtown Center on 13.95 AC in Gadsden, Alabama (opening 2026)
- 93,040 SF former Sears on 7.8 AC in Rome, Georgia (opening 2026)
- 91,000 SF former Sears on 8.1 AC in Anderson, South Carolina (opening 2026)
- 89,056 SF former Regal Cinemas on 10.21 AC in Austell, Georgia (opening 2026)
- 83,835 SF on 6.68 AC in Washington, Pennsylvania (previously leased store, now owned)
- 52,000 SF former Elder-Beerman on 7 AC in Lancaster, Ohio (opening 2026)
