Trader Joe’s is opening 25 new stores, including one at JCU Gateway Development in University Heights. JCU Gateway Development is currently under construction, with an opening planned for the fall 2026 semester. Once complete, the development will include student and residential housing, retail space, and the new Trader Joe’s location.
