September 1, 2025 – T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods are coming soon to Great Northern Plazas in North Olmsted. The retailers are currently under construction in a 48,465 SF space adjacent to Five Below on the east side of Great Northern Plaza, a 600,000 SF regional power center adjacent to Great Northern Mall. This new site is a relocation from their previous long-term location across the street, which dates back to 1977 when T.J. Maxx first opened in the North Olmsted market.
