October 3, 2025 – First Watch is slated to open Q4 of this year at the Greens of Strongsville in Strongsville. The award-winning breakfast chain has leased the former freestanding 7,122 SF TGI Friday’s at the shopping center anchored by Heinen’s Grocery Store, Target, T.J. Maxx, Sierra, and Old Navy.
