September 27, 2025 – Potbelly Sandwich Works is now open in Middleburg Heights and Columbus. In Middleburg Heights, Potbelly has opened in a 2,203 SF endcap space adjacent to Smoothie King at Pearl Plaza. In Columbus, Potbelly has opened in 1,812 SF space at University Gateway North along N High Street near The Ohio State University campus.
