November 30, 2023 – PNC Bank has sold two of their Northeast Ohio locations in Mentor and Bay Village. The Mentor sale included a 1.25 AC property with a 3,286 SF building located at 8537 Mentor Avenue. The Bay Village sale included 2,432 SF building on 0.66 AC located at 433 Dover Center Road. Steve Altemare, Senior Vice President at Goodman Real Estate Services LLC, represented PNC Bank in the Mentor transaction and represented the landlord in the Bay Village transaction.
