Jessica Sonders joined the Columbus office of Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC in February 2019. Prior to joining Goodman, Jessica had been engaged in both new business development and sales with regional and national companies. She has a B.S. in Business Administration and in Entrepreneurship, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Franklin University. Her finance education, business acumen, and client experience make her a valuable addition to our team. Jessica, along with Dan Clark, specializes in representation of restaurants, retailers, and developers in their site selection, multiple-parcel land assemblage, leasing, investment analysis, and the development/redevelopment process throughout Ohio. Jessica and Dan currently represent Aladdin’s Eatery, Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza, Brinker International (Chili’s), DiBella’s Old-Fashioned Subs, First Watch Daytime Café, GetGo Café + Market (Giant Eagle owned), Robeks Fruit Smoothies and Healthy Eats, Smile Brands (Bright Now! Dental), Starbucks Coffee, The Joint Chiropractic, T-Mobile, and Witness Investment (Hotel Development). Their developer/landlord clients include Capital Investments, Deville Development, Fox Family Management, Berengaria Development, Giant Eagle, Northstar Realty, Trilogy Development, Triquest Financial, and Witness Investment with whom they have listed multiple new shopping and commercial centers, raw land, and existing commercial space for lease or sale.
